Connexions provides information, advice and guidance to all young people aged 11-19 in Hounslow and up to 24 with a learning difficulty or disability. It is available in schools and in other centres throughout the borough.
Connexions Personal Advisers can help you make decisions about your future and offer additional support and guidance if your need it. This could be about health, money, housing or your rights. It all depends on what will help you most at the time.
Connexions keeps in touch with all young people after 16 to find out whether or not they need any further help, advice or support looking for work, training or further education after leaving school. Young people can access Connexions vacancies by viewing the Hounslow Attic website.

Mon, Wed, Fri10:00 - 17:30 
Tues, Thurs10:00 - 18:00 

Connexions is also available in all secondary schools, West Thames College, Feltham Skills Centre and at Hanworth Action for Youth. Please contact for more details. Connexions Centres are also open at Brentford School for Girls and Feltham Community College throughout the summer holidays

Available to: Young people aged 11-19 (24 in the case of those with a learning difficulty or disability) who live or study in the London Borough of Hounslow
