Hounslow Welfare Benefits and Money Advice Unit provides advice to people in the borough who have debt and benefit problems. The Unit also provides advice and training to other Council staff and organisations in Hounslow and produces information and campaigns.
The service has a public helpline (020 8583 5016) to give advice on benefit and debt problems and a leaflet line (020 8583 5014) for copies of their leaflets. Information and copies of their leaflets are also available on the website.
The Unit does take on cases by referral where someone is at risk of losing their home because of their debts or has a complicated benefit problem and cannot use another advice service due to their health problems.

Available to: Anyone living in the London Borough of Hounslow in need of benefits or debt advice. Casework service available by referral or through public advice line where person is at risk of losing their home due to debts or have a complicated benefit problem and cannot access another advice service due to health problems.
