3C's offers free confidential counselling to parents or carers of a child or young person with a disability or other special needs.
Working with a counsellor, you can talk about issues that are worrying or upsetting you and feel listened to, counselling can help to relieve stress and help you feel less stuck and more able to think about your priorities, decisions and choices.
